This hospital has a great history. Dhaka Medical College was established in 1946 and it is the first Medical College and Hospital of Bangladesh. It is located in the Bakshibazar area of the Dhaka city beside University of Dhaka and BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology).

Some days ago I went there for my friend’s treatment. My friend had been suffering Dengue Fever during that time. All the treatment procedure was not bad. I will give marks 6 out of 10 of the treatment. Okay, Sometime I felt boring there for the behavior of some staffs. Okay, may be staffs of Dhaka Medical College are very professional. May be their hospitality system is like that. Good, no problem for that. But the main problem was another word. The environment was very dirty for that time. I did not tolerate that kind of environment which I found there. I did not believe that our hope of life the Dhaka Medical College is known today as a dirty place in the world.

Bed Bugs and Cockroaches walk and run here and there in Dhaka Medical College. Patients who are admitted in Dhaka Medical College Hospital they do not get enough facility of treatment. Even they go more ill and get abnormality. Patients attendants are commonly got some skin diseases by biting of bed bugs from this hospital. Here Cockroaches spread disease like food poisoning every day.

Govt. should take action to resolve this problem from the root. To get rid of cockroaches, bed bugs Dhaka Medical College should have a budget.
